GCS has twenty-four full-time or part-time teaching staff. Of the six staff in pre-school, three have college degrees in early childhood development. Of the eighteen K-5 through high school teachers, fifteen have college degrees, with seven possessing Master's Degrees. All core subject teachers have college degrees and are certified or certifiable through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
The Administration's support staff consists of an ACSI certified Headmaster with a Master's Degree and an administrative assistant, plus office manager.
The kitchen staff consists of two state-certified ladies. Maintenance and custodial duties are handled by three part-time personnel.
